On refunds for services & digital items
Due to their nature, all of our services, subscriptions, memberships, and digital items are not eligible for a refund.
On returns—art prints (unframed)
Unframed art prints may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Buyer pays return shipping. Ship it back to us in the original packaging, and please include the packing slip that came with your original order. Consider buying additional tracking and insurance, as we cannot be responsible for returned items lost in the mail.
On returns—framed art
Luxury bespoke framed artwork is not eligible for return. If your item was damaged on its way to you, please contact your carrier and file an insurance claim.
On returns—home decor, adornments, books, and other physical items
Most items may be returned in new or original condition, in the same packaging that it was shipped to you, within 14 days. Buyer pays return shipping and assumes all responsibility for returning the item. We recommend adding tracking and insurance when you ship it back to us, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged mail.
On returns—new clothing
Unwashed, unworn clothing with tags still attached may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Buyer pays return shipping. Please include the packing slip that came with your original order and consider buying additional tracking and insurance, as we cannot be responsible for returned items lost in the mail.
